You will craft analyses, build business cases, and coordinate with executive leadership to steer inorganic growth opportunities.

The role demands strong financial modelling, negotiation skills, and telecom industry insight, with delivery across multiple strategic projects and partnerships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in partnership and innovation at a leading corporate development function within a major company preferably in Telecom.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development, partnership strategy and partnership framework.
• M&A experience in consulting firm or corporate environment.
• 2-4 years in partner management with proven experience.
• Telecom and/or technology industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnership strategy and execute partnerships for Ooredoo Kuwait under guidance from the Executive Director, Strategy & Corporate Affairs.
• Lead valuation analysis and financial modelling for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and assess strategic rationale and potential returns for shareholders.
• Prepare presentations and business cases to support senior management decisions.
• Support the setup and monitoring of new revenue streams and incubator/venture activities.
