Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts in Kuwait City seeks a service-oriented team member for the restaurant to greet guests, present menus, and promote additional sales. You will manage reservations, assist the restaurant team, and ensure accurate billing while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them promptly, present menus and promote additional sales.
• Maintain reservations, greet and farewell guests, update preferences.
• Process payments and balance room charges, cash, and credit cards.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Attend briefings and training, assist the Restaurant Supervisor, and support other areas as needed.
