Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls promptly and professionally according to departmental standards.
• Handle incoming/outgoing faxes and messages for in-house and expected guests; follow up on duties and requests.
• Manage emergencies and escalate guest-satisfaction issues when needed.
• Attend daily briefings and manage guest requests using Service One and HotSOS; ensure smooth shift handovers.
