Job summary

Jumeirah Messilah Beach in Kuwait invites a Guest Relations Manager to join Front Office. You will oversee front office operations, assist the Assistant Front Office Manager, and resolve guest complaints promptly to sustain guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in the same role at a five-star hotel, excellent spoken and written English, and the ability to build strong relationships with VIP guests.

• Should have at least 2 years in the same role at a five-star hotel.
• Work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth front office operations and guest check-in/out efficiency.
• Assist Front Office leadership in supervising daily operations and communications.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain and enforce standards and procedures within the Front Office.
• Set example in punctuality, appearance, performance, and leadership.
• Develop relationships with VIP guests and respond to their needs.
