Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in Kuwait is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join the Front Office team. You will welcome guests on arrival, register them, and assist throughout their stay while preserving privacy and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in same role in a five-star hotel.
• Anticipate guests' needs with congenial hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests on arrival.
• Assist guests throughout their stay while maintaining privacy.
• Maintain guest records in the Opera system.
• Ensure the Guest Services desk is operational at all times.
• Upsell to secure the highest possible rates for walk-in guests.
