Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in Kuwait is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join the Front Office team. You will warmly welcome guests, register them, and issue room keys in the welcome booklet, while efficiently handling payments and guest requests to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires at least 2 years in a five-star hotel, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask. You will work with the Opera system and contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2-year minimum experience in same role in a five-star hotel.
• Strong English communication; good with guests and colleagues.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple requests.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and register them, issue room keys.
• Take payments at check-out and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist guests with requests to ensure a seamless stay.
• Upsell rooms to maximise revenue from walk-in guests.
• Maintain privacy and protect guest information at all times.
• Update Registration Cards in the Opera system with required data.
