Job summary

Simpl!t ME is seeking an investigative and empathetic support specialist with strong communication skills to help customers understand our business software. You will work with clients across the MENA/APAC regions, becoming a subject matter expert on our applications and delivering solutions that enable their success.

You will document client needs, assist with product adoption, and collaborate with developers, project managers, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred or aligned experience with business/software.
• Affinity with software that handles business functions (CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, etc.).
• Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on all features and functions within the provided software.
• Provide expertise to clients seeking to use our applications effectively.
• Document clients' needs, problems, interventions and interactions, escalate technical issues to our development team.
• Boost customer satisfaction and productivity through a gamified system that gives you periodic updates on your work vs. teammates.
• Territory: MENA or APAC.
• Become an expert on the product and pursue internal certification.
• Great reaction speed to tickets and quality responses that help clients achieve business success.
• Tickets from different time zones.
