Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking a Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait City. You will oversee daily floor operations, supervise FOH staff, and ensure top-tier guest service while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.

The role is on-site with a focus on maintaining standards and driving guest satisfaction. Qualifications include a Hotel Management diploma or degree and 4–6 years in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management or hospitality.
• 4–6 years of restaurant or hospitality operations experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/front‑of‑house role.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Gulf experience preferred; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Monitor grooming, attendance, and performance of staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
• Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and presentation standards.
• Manage reservations, seating, and guest handling.
• Assist in staff training and motivation.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Support management in achieving sales targets.
• Prepare shift reports and operational updates as needed.
