Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking an Assistant Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. This full-time, on-site role requires leadership of front-of-house operations and coordination with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Accommodation and transport are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in restaurants or cafés preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor inventory of service items and report shortages
