Job summary

Waiter/Waitress position in Kuwait within a reputed restaurant group. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is required. Prior experience in hospitality and strong communication skills are a plus for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
