Participants progress through competency stages, gain hands-on field experience, and collaborate with customers worldwide, including rotations and capstone projects. Travel and non-standard hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotations.
• Be legally entitled to work in Kuwait without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps and on-the-job training.
• Support field operations alongside experienced engineers.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Coordinate with customers and field teams to ensure successful execution.
• Progress through competency levels and milestones within the program.
