Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
Minimum 7 years of drilling services experience.
Experience in directional drilling.
Prefer prior experience with Baker Hughes.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with MtJC process.
Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinator and sales to understand client objectives and contracts.
Perform offset job analysis and engineering modelling to assess hazards.
Work with disciplines to cover all application aspects and constraints.
Design a job program with risk/contingency plans to meet client goals.
Communicate risk of missing objectives through proper channels.
Document calculations and plan revisions for audit visibility.
Provide on-demand product support during job execution.
Compare planned vs. executed jobs and drive improvements.
Support field incidents related to products/services.
Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
Advise on product improvement opportunities and sales support.
Handle special projects as required.
