Baker Hughes is seeking a highly motivated Applications Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. You will be involved in pre-planning, job execution and post‑job analysis, designing programs that meet client objectives while aligning with contract terms and conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Drilling Services.
• Experience in directional drilling is preferred.
• Ability to travel to rig sites or customer facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
• Understand client objectives and commercial terms with Baker Hughes.
• Perform engineering modelling calculations to assess hazards and incident potential.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure application constraints are understood.
• Design a job program with risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Document calculations and changes for visibility and audit purposes.
• Provide on-demand support during job execution.
• Participate in incident investigations when required.
