Job summary

Industry Information Technology Support Services is seeking an IT Specialist - Executive Support to provide IT support to the Group CEO, Chairman and Senior Executives. You will work independently and provide 24 x 7 support as required, with VIP client experience and strong Mac/Windows capabilities.

You will collaborate with Service Operations to establish roadmaps, manage changes, and drive adoption of technology to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years total IT experience.
• 3-5 years in executive support.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS, LAN, and end-user devices.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and desktop/network troubleshooting.
• Experience with system installations, deployments, and IT projects.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, file/print services, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Apple technologies (macOS, iOS) and Mac integration with Windows/AD.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with cloud technologies, MDM/device management, and application packaging/deployment.
• Knowledge of Jamf (Casper Suite) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, training, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Service in technical IT matters.
• Support the team of IT Specialists with knowledge, best practice and training to enable the team to deliver a world class customer experience.
• Work closely with the internal Service Operations teams to establish Roadmaps, planned projects and any change activities.
• Forming impact assessments for all change related activities to the Service customer base
• Be passionate about the service, the customers and adoption of technology to drive productivity gains and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure rigorous assessments are carried out to minimize any impact of IT change activities
• Maintain a very strong customer satisfaction mindset.
