The role involves IMAC activities, hardware/software troubleshooting, Citrix VDI, VPN, patching, and end-user training, with emphasis on quick incident response and robust documentation.

• Experience in desktop support and VIP user handling.
• Strong OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VPN, Citrix VDI, and patch management.
• Ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMAC activities including device refresh.
• Manage incidents for hardware, OS, apps, Citrix VDI, printers.
• Provide Tier 1/2 on-call security incident support weekly.
• Onboard/offboard users; handle IT requests.
• Patch OS and applications; manage VPN and remote access.
• Create end-user instructions and document procedures.
• Support VIP users and conduct trainings.
