Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking an experienced IT Operations specialist to join our global team in Kuwait City. The role focuses on IMAC activities, incident management, and on-call security support, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, device management, and rollout initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Modern Desktop Admin are preferred.
• Experience with MEM and enterprise device management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in global IT support environments and large-scale rollouts.
• Strong security incident management and compliance knowledge.
• End-user computing troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and applications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMAC activities and annual device refresh (~25%).
• Manage incidents for hardware, OS, apps, Citrix VDI, printers, and conferencing tech.
• Provide on-call Tier 1/2 support for security incidents (weekly rotation).
• Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks and IT requests.
• Support Windows 11 rollout, domain migrations, and postures related rollouts.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new images and projects.
• Manage OS and application patching/updates.
• Deliver global new-hire IT orientation and remote training.
• Create end-user instructions and technical documentation.
• Support town halls and customer engagement events.
• License provisioning/deprovisioning for Adobe, Visual Studio/MSDN, SnagIt, Camtasia, Printer Logic.
• Ensure effective ticket and queue management.
• Provide VIP support for C and C+1 team (~75 users).
• Interface with hardware vendors for planning and resolution.
• Configure/troubleshoot VPN clients; coordinate with Command Center.
