Job summary
Alghanim Industries is seeking an IT Specialist - Executive Support to deliver dedicated IT assistance to the Group CEO, Chairman and Senior Executives. The role requires independent work and 24x7 availability as needed, with a strong focus on VIP support and proficiency across MAC and latest technologies.
You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with Service Operations to drive roadmaps and projects, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective change management
Qualifications
- 5-7 years total IT experience.
- 3-5 years in executive support.
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, LAN and end-user devices.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and virtualization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with cloud technologies and device management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for IT services.
- Support IT Specialists with knowledge and training.
- Collaborate with Service Operations on roadmaps, planned projects and change activities.
- Form impact assessments for change related activities to the service customer base.
- Be passionate about the service, the customers and adoption of technology to boost productivity and satisfaction.
- Ensure rigorous assessments to minimize impact of IT changes.
- Maintain a strong customer satisfaction mindset.
