Job summary

IBU is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support for our global workforce. You will handle day-to-day technical issues, onboarding/offboarding, project rollouts, and VIP support for key teams.

You will manage hardware refresh, Windows 11 rollout, domain migrations, and Citrix VDI environments while delivering remote training and end-user documentation. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting for PCs and peripherals.
• Experience with OS patching, application updates, and Citrix VDI environments.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 rollout and domain migration.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for global workforce and VIP users.
• Onboarding/offboarding tasks and IT requests.
• Manage IMAC, hardware refresh, and vendor coordination.
• Deliver global IT orientation and remote training.
• Patch management and image testing.
• Support VPN clients and coordinate with Command Center.
