PPOAR in Hawalli, Kuwait seeks an Executive Chef to lead a prestigious fine dining kitchen and create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will oversee all kitchen operations, develop menus, train staff, control costs, and ensure food safety. Housing is provided for non-Kuwaiti candidates; strong Mediterranean knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Executive Chef to lead our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for food and creativity, as well as excellent management skills.

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
