Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services in Salmiya, Kuwait is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to drive online revenue, traffic and profitability. You will own growth strategy, lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and marketing automation while coordinating with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, IT and Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in fashion e-commerce, strong CRM and performance marketing skills, and a hands-on approach to UX and analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM, segmentation, loyalty and automation experience.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and UX analytics.

About the Hiring Company:

A leading fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel.

Job Description:

• Own the e-commerce growth strategy and commercial performance, driving online revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV and profitability.
• Lead CRM, customer lifecycle and retention strategies, including segmentation, loyalty, personalization, email/SMS and marketing automation.
• Manage digital acquisition and performance marketing, optimizing paid channels, CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels and overall customer journey.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, IT and Operations on online trading, product launches, promotions and continuous platform optimization.

Qualifications:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital growth, CRM, performance marketing or online commercial management, preferably within fashion, luxury retail.
• Strong experience working with a large-scale fashion/lifestyle e-commerce business or marketplace.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, retention and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRO, digital merchandising, UX/customer journey and e-commerce analytics.
