Job summary

Want More is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Al-Kuwait team. This full-time role oversees shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory control, ensures documentation accuracy, and manages staff schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a focus on safety and process improvement. Prior warehouse leadership is preferred but not required, and immigrants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics or related field preferred
• Previous experience managing a warehouse operation preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control activities
• Ensure accuracy in documentation of all shipments
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in shipments
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Manage staff schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor warehouse productivity to ensure goals are met
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
• Train new employees on warehouse policies & procedures
