Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a chef or sous chef role in a professional kitchen.
• Extensive knowledge of diverse cuisines.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality food and service consistently.
• Must be organized, efficient, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including scheduling, menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
• Manage staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by kitchen staff.
• Create new recipes using seasonal ingredients with cost awareness.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
