Job summary

Work in USA seeks a seasoned Sous Chef for a busy kitchen in Al-Kuwait. You will coordinate kitchen staff, ensure top-quality ingredients, and ensure recipes are followed to maintain consistency.

You will support the Head Chef with menu planning, sourcing supplies, developing new recipes, and overseeing food production and inventory control while supervising the team. Strong leadership and hygiene knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.
• Familiar with advanced cooking techniques and international cuisine.
