• Greet guests, visitors and VIPs warmly on arrival and departure
• Open doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests to reception or relevant areas
• Coordinate with Bellmen and Front Office to manage arrivals and departures
• Assist with hailing taxis and arranging transportation for guests
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions with confidence
• Maintain a strong, present front entrance and uphold security protocols
• Monitor entrance, driveway and lobby cleanliness and appearance
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Handle packages and deliveries and assist with special guest arrangements
• Support Front Office and Concierge during busy periods with a proactive attitude
• Maintain knowledge of hotel events, VIP arrivals and guest preferences
