Job summary

LGTC HR Development Consulting is seeking a Barista in Kuwait City to craft espresso-based drinks and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop.

You will greet customers, make recommendations, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory while adhering to health and safety standards. Flexible hours including weekends are required, and prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and latte art.

Job Overview:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee beverages for our customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
• Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards and according to customer preferences
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers on our coffee offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge of coffee and customer service
