Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking a Barista – Specialty Coffee in Kuwait to deliver exceptional coffee experiences. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and other brewing methods, while maintaining quality and presentation to meet brand standards.

You will educate customers about origin and methods, manage equipment, and ensure a clean, safe café environment. The role emphasizes accurate portions, consistent taste, and quick, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, extraction and milk texturing.
• Experience with latte art and manual brewing methods preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑over, French press, and cold brew.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
• Grind, dose, tamp, and extract espresso according to brand standards.
• Educate guests about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience.
