Job summary

Carrier, a global leader in sustainable building and cold chain solutions, is seeking an Associate, Outside Sales to support the HVAC Service business. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying service sales opportunities, and supporting market growth within the assigned region.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of HVAC service sales experience, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a valid Kuwait driving license. English is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts in line with service requirements to management.
• Execute weekly customer visit schedules to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for service agreements and repair services.
• Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, and product awareness.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and participate in negotiations with potential customers.
• Support business development activities by identifying prospective clients and generating leads.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare technical reports, including compressor inspection reports, maintenance reports, and unit inspection reports, and present them to customers.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance company visibility and support market development initiatives.
