Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer in Kuwait with 8–15 years of experience in design, execution, and project management, and knowledge of Kuwait regulations.

You will lead design, review, and installation activities, perform load calculations, review submittals, supervise commissioning, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring safety and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of relevant HVAC engineering experience.
• Kuwait/GCC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and implementation of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment selection per standards.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specs.
• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project quality, progress, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Candidates with prior Kuwait experience will be given preference.
