Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair air‑conditioning and ventilation systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Prepare service reports and recommend system improvements

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or related field
• Proven experience in AC installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of split, ducted, and central AC systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills
• PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
