Job summary

System Development Project Management (SDPM) is seeking a Kuwaiti Architect to join our team. Fresh graduates or candidates with 3+ years of experience will contribute to architectural design, project coordination, and construction supervision in Kuwait.

You will support senior architects across design reviews, drawings, site visits, and compliance with codes, while coordinating with consultants and authorities on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, or construction supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural design tools.
• Basic understanding of Kuwait Municipality regulations and international codes (a plus).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support senior architects and project managers in design reviews, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and project reports.
• Site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Assist in the review of shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities as required.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes or follow-up documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, design development stages, and preparation of tender documents.
• Support in ensuring adherence to project standards, codes, and client requirements.
