Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
• Review and prepare shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP components.
• Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues on-site to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and verify that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Document project activities including progress reports, meeting notes, and change orders.
