Job summary

Guru Kuwait is seeking an Architectural or Civil Engineer based in Hawally to handle design and layout tasks for private residences and commercial shops.

The candidate must be in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 residency, possess KSE membership, and have at least 5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is required, along with Arabic communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Must reside in Kuwait and hold a transferable Article 18 residency.
• Must have a valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership card.
• Proficient in architectural and interior design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings for private houses and commercial shops.
• Prepare electrical switch and socket layout drawings.
• Prepare bathroom and sanitary fixture layout drawings.
• Good knowledge of quantity take-offs for structural and finishing works and preparing BOQs.
