Job summary

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering with Project Management or Construction Management is preferred.
• PMI certification (PMP) preferred.

• Experience leading multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages Real Estate Services projects including design, construction, renovation or replacement of offices, labs, manufacturing, warehouses, service centers and site infrastructure.
• Supervises up to 20 subcontract employees.
• Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area.
• Plans work and administers policies; contributes to value creation.
• Manages budgetary aspects and delivers projects on time.
