Job summary

Saccal Design House is seeking a full-time Architect for an on-site role in Kuwait City. You will participate in concept development, architectural design, and detailed drawings across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating design solutions, preparing documentation, and collaborating with interior teams and consultants to maintain design intent through all phases.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design with ability to develop concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with software development and integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow optimization is an advantage.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress across multiple project phases.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams and client interactions.
• Attention to detail, design sensitivity, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Previous experience in a design studio or architectural firm; regional experience in Kuwait or the broader Middle East is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed, buildable designs.
• Prepare documentation and drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Coordinate design solutions with interior teams and consultants; support project management activities.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases and participate in design reviews and quality control.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to communicate design ideas and progress.
