Temporary Instructional Technology Data Collector

• High School diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Comfortable working with portable electronic technology (laptops, tablets) and cloud-based databases.
• Excellent record-keeping skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work independently in a school environment.
• Must pass all standard Michigan school safety and background clearances.
• FERPA training and compliance mandatory

The primary purpose of this role is to conduct classroom observations and record objective data on technology integration.

• Visit various grade levels and subject areas daily to observe technology in practice.
• Use prescribed tools or electronic tablets to record specific data points, such as the frequency of device use, types of applications being utilized (e.g., Infinite Campus, virtual learning platforms), and student engagement levels.
• Ensure the quality and validity of all collected data, maintaining complete and accurate documentation of all tasks.
• Organize and input findings into databases or spreadsheets in a clear, usable format for analysis by the curriculum department.
• Display a positive, caring, and nurturing attitude toward students and staff, adhering to the district's "Capturing Kids' Hearts" culture.
