- Strong proficiency in technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL; cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience with system design, API development at scale, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability).
- Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major software components and services across the tech stack, from design to deployment.
- Serve as a technical lead on initiatives, guiding teams and driving velocity and quality improvements.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide architectural input and advocate for secure coding, testing, and automation.
