Job summary

You will own end-to-end planning, execution, readiness, and reporting for complex programs with budgets of $8M-$15M, ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards, and maintain an integrated view of milestones, dependencies,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large or significant projects or medium-to-large programs.
• Expert knowledge of project, program, or portfolio management principles and governance.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technology.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts and cost drivers.
• Ability to identify critical issues, set priorities and drive decisions.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder acceptance.
• Influence and credibility with senior leaders.
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
• Autonomy with disciplined, collaborative and accountable work style.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outcomes on time, within scope and budget, with quality standards.
• Maintain integrated milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and impacts.
• Create visibility into risks and dependencies and drive mitigation.
• Remove barriers and enable cross-functional teams to maintain momentum.
• Partner with Finance to manage forecasts and cost drivers.
• Build relationships with sponsors and senior leaders; communicate decisions.
• Influence strategy by linking delivery choices to customer value and priorities.
• Lead organizational readiness and change efforts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, project management, or related field
