Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking an HR business partner to support the Technology, Data, and Digital teams. The role acts as a strategic partner, guiding talent management and change initiatives to drive a high‑performance culture and business outcomes.

This remote position has a preference for occasional commuting to Hartford, CT, and offers base salary in the range of $127,160 to $178,320 USD plus incentives, health benefits, and generous rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related field, or 8+ years of related HR experience.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, EEO, employee relations, staffing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse levels.
• Empathy and discretion in handling employee issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leadership to align HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Lead recruiting, succession, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop leadership capabilities and coach leaders for better people management.
• Support culture change to meet long-term goals and revenue targets.
• Implement and monitor Performance Management and Career processes.
• Identify high-potential individuals and training needs across functions.
• Provide HR services and translate plans into actionable results.
• Execute U.S. HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
