Your role:

Your duties and responsibilities

1. Manage the entire software lifecycle, from design to implementation, being trained in the main banking processes to collaborate in the creation of important information system evolution projects.
2. Deal with the design, implementation and maintenance of software products and information systems for the provision of services to banks and related processes.
3. Participate in new product implementation projects and support the transition of our platform to evolved Cloud systems, in a dynamic and international context.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

1. Bachelor's degree with honors in technical/scientific areas (computer science, mathematics, physics, computer engineering, management engineering, economics).
2. Knowledge of and ability to use programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .net, C#, SharePoint).
3. Applied skills in relational databases, object-oriented programming, interfaces.
4. Expertise in programming, technical and/or functional analysis.
5. At least five years of experience in software development.
6. Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
