The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our Italian team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong journalistic background and a passion for financial content. Your mission will be to create engaging content that educates and converts our Italian audience, contributing directly to our growth in the Italian market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for the Italian market, aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Create compelling financial/marketing content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy, to drive conversions and educate users.
• Translate and adapt existing content from other language editions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Italian audience.
• Collaborate with the core marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Create and consolidate external editorial collaborations that promote the Italian edition.
• Analyze content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor Italian financial market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in digital marketing and financial services.
• Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex financial concepts into clear and accessible language.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, ideally within the financial sector or with a strong portfolio of financial writing.
• Strong journalistic background with excellent writing and editing skills in Italian.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content marketing principles.
• Ability to create, edit and share content (including video) on social media.
• Financial savvy and a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (native speaker preferred) and proficient English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Presentable and easy to communicate with.
• Hungry for professional growth.

• Strong on-camera presence and comfortable with public speaking.
• Active Trader/Investor (InvestingPro user).
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
