Manager / Team Leader

Your mission

You will be responsible, in line with business development and group strategy, for the local communication strategy and implementation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and leading the communication team, you'll work in direct contact with the sales manager, GM, and divisional marketing teams.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic Italian company, part of the Atlas Copco Group. You'll work closely with the business in a complex B2B market, managing multiple brands across different sales channels.

The role includes:

1. Developing and implementing a strategic communication plan and content to create brand awareness, enhance brand values, and increase lead generation.
2. Defining and executing campaign and product promotions in collaboration with product managers.
3. Coordinating the Communication Team.
4. Managing all product documentation to support sales and the sales team.
5. Collaborating on new product launches, defining communication content and strategies.
6. Improving customer experience through better communication and enhanced business tools user experience.
7. Participating in PED, blogs, SEO, and digital marketing activities.

To succeed, you will need:

• Strong experience in communication marketing, preferably in an international B2B company, with experience in people management.
• An enthusiastic, curious, and collaborative attitude, always seeking better ways.
• The ability to think strategically, understand business challenges, and recommend effective implementation plans to drive results.
• A creative mindset with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Italian as a mother tongue and fluent in English.
