We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this on site role you will provide essential support to our Sales Manager, the senior leadership team and our international business units and you will have a blend of responsibilities.

What you will do as a Project Engineer :

• Prepare proposal documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates Drow up of drawings
• Cost estimate and technical feasibility check
• Analyze competitor bids
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals
• Work with various offices
• Interface with the customer
• General office activities (document verification, supplier offers, etc.)

What Core Competencies You Possess :

• The role involves evaluating technical and commercial requirements, collaborating with various company departments to gather necessary information, and developing solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to time and cost constraints.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability and Flexibility : Ability to adapt to business priorities.
• Teamwork and Collaboration : Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Who you are and What you Bring to the Table :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering / Graduation in technical subjects (surveyor)
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Proposal Engineer; prior in-house and international experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Autocad
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
• Good knowledge of the local language and English language, knowledge of the Spanish language is also appreciated
• Previous experience in a company in the water treatment and / or general plant engineering sector is welcome but not mandatory
