As Shift Warehouse Leader for our Plant in Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) you will support warehouse activities and coordinate your team (forklift drivers, terminal operators and truck drivers), reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.

1. Manage warehouse operations and ensure optimization by providing the necessary information to your Warehouse Manager and other Warehouses across Italy.
2. Monitor all flows within your area, including Warehouse KPIs, Quality KPIs, and Safety KPIs.
3. Manage flows IN/OUT, preparation and checking of goods, and shuttle operations.
4. Support inventory management and ensure a smooth start-up.
5. Facilitate the handover of workers during shift changes.
6. Allocate resources according to defined criteria, manage resources effectively, and grant vacation in accordance with the plan agreed with the Warehouse Manager.
7. Contribute to resolving conflicts and assist in drafting worker merit plans.
8. Provide feedback for personnel confirmation and contribute to employee evaluations.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest areas for improvement within your area.
10. Ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained through information dissemination and safety training.
11. Implement measures to guarantee the quality of warehouse processes, including implementing quality policies and monitoring compliance.

You will bring your university Master's Degree background in management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of warehouse processes and interpersonal and management skills.

Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.

As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to perform in our environment.

As a focal point in the process, you will work on shifts.
