Responsible for Methods & Maintenance function.

Areas of expertise include: Production System, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance. The role involves hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management and budgetary accountability. A strong contribution to leading continuous improvement actions for the site is essential.

• Exercise hierarchical and/or functional responsibilities for diverse teams in terms of technology and/or business to ensure optimal performance of industrial processes (DT, IE, OEE, TTP, etc.).
• Manage service methods and maintenance within a unit and/or specialized group with specific technological competencies.
• Lead team management according to Production Efficiency System rules and plant cycle events.
• Handle people management duties, including goal setting, performance reviews, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.
• Ensure maintainability of production tools by implementing TPM and related skills.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives concerning line architectures, capacities, capabilities, and time referential.
• Identify potential medium- and long-term improvements across all areas using lean diagnosis approaches.
• Ensure the profitability of investments aligned with optimization and development needs.
• Define organizational structures for new projects or volume adjustments to optimize costs.
• Guide the selection of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements.
• Oversee the realization of new processes with suppliers, considering specific offer requirements.
• Specify machine requirements to meet internal needs and marketing/technical specifications.
• Support industrial ramp-up and plant orchestration.

• Expertise in multiple areas of production and manufacturing processes within an entity.
• An innovation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT and TLC.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
