As a Creative Strategist at LDX Digital, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, creativity, and digital storytelling. Your mission is to drive performance marketing outcomes through innovative, insights-driven advertising strategies across Google platforms, including YouTube, Search, Display, and beyond. You'll collaborate with product marketing managers, analysts, designers, and clients to craft compelling creative campaigns that resonate globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive and landscape analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Analyze creative performance to optimize campaigns.
- Write and develop creative briefs that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
- Manage creative projects from conception to execution and review.
- Perform market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of emerging digital and cultural shifts.
- Monitor platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to identify trends and behavioral changes.
- Utilize tools such as Google Trends, Think with Google, and YouTube Analytics for content opportunities.
- Translate cultural and platform-specific trends into engaging creative strategies.
- Analyze competitor campaigns using tools like Ads Transparency Center, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party benchmarks.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to align messaging with market gaps.
- Assess live ad campaigns to determine creative effectiveness across demographics and platforms.
- Use proprietary and third-party tools (e.g., Ads Data Hub, GA4, Looker Studio) to analyze engagement metrics and recommend creative adjustments.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture by hypothesizing, testing, and iterating creative approaches based on data.
- Author clear, data-informed creative briefs including strategic context, creative direction, tone, copy guidance, visual references, and brand guardrails.
- Work with designers, copywriters, and videographers to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing workflows, timelines, and cross-team communication using tools like ClickUp, Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or performance advertising.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into creative decisions.
- Understanding of media buying and sales data.
- Excellent communication and brief-writing skills.
- Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global brands or in fast-paced tech environments.
- Knowledge of META Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Ability to tell stories across diverse cultures and markets.
