Job Description:

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager Freelance to join our Experiential Team in Milan.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans; monitor progress; adjust schedules; resolve issues to ensure success;
• Manage daily project execution;
• Lead the team on field;
• Assist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates;
• Demonstrate strong project leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills;
• Facilitate requirements gathering and support creation of deliverables;
• Respond proactively and reliably to agency requests;
• Handle administrative tasks such as cost estimates, financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, and reporting.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in sport events/olympics management is a plus;
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a multinational corporation or agency;
• Proven leadership in managing teams, budgets, and schedules;
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
• Multi-tasking and performing under pressure;
• Attention to detail in managing multiple projects;
• Team player.
