Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager Freelance to join our Experiential Team in Milan.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations.
- Manage the team on field.
- Assist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for projects.
- Exercise strong project leadership skills combined with business acumen and analytic skills.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creating project deliverables as needed.
- Respond proactively and reliably to incoming agency requests.
- Ensure diligent handling of administrative tasks (cost estimates, financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports).
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in sport events/Olympics management is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in roles within multinational corporations or agencies as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated project leadership, with responsibility for managing teams, budgets, and schedules.
- Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects/tasks.
- Great team player.
