Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager Freelance to join our Experiential Team in Milan.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
2. Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations.
3. Manage the team on field.
4. Assist with planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for projects.
5. Exercise strong project leadership skills combined with business acumen and analytic skills.
6. Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creating project deliverables as needed.
7. Respond proactively and reliably to incoming agency requests.
8. Ensure diligent handling of administrative tasks (cost estimates, financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports).

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in sport events/Olympics management is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in roles within multinational corporations or agencies as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated project leadership, with responsibility for managing teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects/tasks.
• Great team player.
