A growing startup is looking for a Junior Sales / Pre-Sales professional in Italy. This full-time hybrid role focuses on lead generation, first-contact management, and supporting the CEO in client meetings. Ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot. This is a full-time hybrid position for a Junior Sales / Pre-Sales professional. This role is designed for a junior profile with initial experience in software / SaaS B2B, focused on building pipeline, structuring first contacts, and supporting the CEO in client and prospect meetings.
A master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Hybrid work model (home / office). Our current hub is in the Bari metropolitan area, and we are planning additional locations in Italy and abroad, so we are open to agreeing on a different base location if relevant.
