Job summary
A leading automotive components manufacturer in Lombardia is seeking a candidate to oversee equipment launches and coordinate manufacturing strategies. Responsibilities will include collaborating across departments to improve safety, quality, and productivity, while managing process documentation. Ideal candidates should have expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CNC programming, and a strong commitment to enhancing working conditions and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate equipment new launches to meet cost and quality targets.
- Support safety, quality, and productivity improvement efforts.
- Work with teams to define manufacturing strategies for new projects.
- Create and manage process documentation for projects.
Skills
- Plan schedule conduct and coordinate equipment new launches process development and modification to meet cost target product quality safety and sustainability;
- support to other departments for safety quality and productivity improvement;
- work with Sales Manufacturing and Quality to define manufacturing strategy capital and direct costs to set business plans for new projects;
- create and manage the process documentation for the new and existing projects;
- support to other departments to increase ergonomic working condition safety of use and reduce quality problems or customer complaints;
- take part in the feasibility process for the new products (Design Review);
- leading or supporting in international team work;
- verify the uptime rate of production equipment propose new strategy / manufacturing improvement to reduce costs and / or improve equipment capacity.
