What We Would Like You to Take Care Of

• Market research and analysis : conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Use primary and secondary research to provide insights that guide product development and business strategy.
• Combine sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and customer pain points.
• Draft business plans and monitor their implementation using advanced methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align market insights with business objectives.
• Develop market forecasts, trends, and predictive models to anticipate market changes.

What We Wish You’d Bring With

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, economics, business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or insights roles within structured organizations in private equity or acceleration / incubation agencies.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with BI tools for data visualization.
• Strong communication skills and desire to work cross-functionally with tech and data teams.
• A deep curiosity to understand how things work through data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Business proficiency in Italian and English.
• Familiarity with market research tools and CRM systems.
• Experience creating visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Figma, or MIRO.
